God created each of us with gifts, talents, and passions. Our Servant Ministry Profile attempts to match those gifts with opportunities to serve in our church and community. It also allows us to get to know each of you better as we grow!

Please take some time to complete this Servant Ministry Profile.  Through it, we hope to connect the God-given gifts of Community Presbyterian Church Servants (that’s you) to purposeful service opportunities in our church and community.

You will find three parts to the profile:

• a spiritual gifts assessment
• a personal style/personality profile using the Myers-Briggs assessment; and
• a personal section to tell us about yourself and your skills, passions and desired involvement in the church.

To get started, print the Servant Ministry Profile and complete the sections “About You,” “Skills/Training/Experiences,” and “Passions/Ministry Opportunities.”

Next, take the spiritual gifts assessment. God gives spiritual gifts to believers.  Our hope is that by discovering and using your gifts, you will experience supernatural joy, energy and effectiveness as you serve Him.  Discovering your spiritual gifts is an important part of understanding God’s will for your life. Please print and read the spiritual gifts assessment answer sheet before beginning.  Then record your responses to statements 1 – 90 (found on pages 3-9 of the Spiritual Gifts Assessment Booklet) on the sheet and check your top 3 to 5 gifts on the profile.

The last step to determine your personality type.  This can be done by accessing the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator website.  After you have taken the assessment, record the four letter indicator as well as the percentages you scored for each area on the profile. Be sure to read the fun information included about your personality preferences.  This insightful tool will equip you with a practical understanding of your God-created and –valued uniqueness. 

When you have completed the profile, please drop it off at the church office or mail it the church at 511 Celebration Avenue, Celebration, FL 34747.
